Sarah joined the LSC Real Estate team in 2025 after completing a law degree at the University of Exeter and working at a local conveyancing firm.
She now plays a key role in the plot sales workstreams, working on the pre-completion and post-completion aspects of bulk plot transactions for investor clients. She also has a supervisory role in advising junior paralegals on the processes involved at each stage of the plot sales transactions. Additionally, Sarah drafts and negotiates leases and deeds for new and existing electrical substation sites for an electrical distribution company. She also deals with the drafting of deeds of covenants, certificates of compliance, deeds of variation and freehold transfers for a number of residential property developers.
On top of her workload, Sarah takes a role in supporting new joiners in the team, often acting as a 'buddy' to help them settle in and being on hand on hand for any questions they have. She is an expert on all things Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land tax, as well as being knowledgeable on the processes for each of her workstreams and provides invaluable support to the rest of the team.
