Sara manages our Talent Acquisition Team in the UK which recruits for our Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial, Private Wealth, WBD Advance and Support Services groups.

Sara’s role is to work with our partners and board members to recruit senior lawyers, directors and partners in the UK. She also manages a team of recruiters who hire talented people from entry level roles and apprentices to niche support staff, paralegal and specialist lawyers.
Sara is also involved in a number of other recruitment initiatives including graduate and apprentice recruitment activities, assessment centres, recruitment fairs and events, providing HR support, and championing all our DEI initiatives.
Sara joined the firm in 2011. Before joining the legal sector she worked for a large recruitment agency across London and the South West for 14 years.
