Randall “Randy” Bernard defends manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and property owners in civil litigation related to product liability, premises liability, and toxic exposures to asbestos, silica, and benzene. He also has extensive experience in litigation involving construction defects and governmental tort liability cases.
