Molly Magestro is a partner in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group providing comprehensive representation and legal consulting services to corporate clients in the real estate, construction, property management, and finance industries. She represents institutional clients in a variety of corporate and real estate transactions involving development, financing, acquisition and sale of luxury multifamily, retail, office, and industrial projects on a national, regional, and local scale, and other business matters.
Molly is skilled in building relationships and establishing trust with her clients, providing effective communication, creative solutions, and delivering organized, timely, and meticulous work product.
Molly’s recreational interests include hiking and yoga.

- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial real estate agreements, including commercial real estate purchase, sale and leasing agreements, and closing documents

- Negotiation and drafting of business formation and entity documents, shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, private offering and subscription agreements, and legal instruments for merger, acquisition, and other corporate restructuring transactions
