Lauren is a deal lawyer who focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. She represents clients in the acquisition, development, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial properties throughout the Southeast, including multi-family developments, retail spaces, and storage facilities. Lauren's practice extends through all aspects of commercial real estate deals, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and loan documents, review of title and survey, drafting leases and corporate documents, and coordination of closings. Her attention to detail and experience representing sellers, purchasers, lenders, and borrowers allows her to strategically guide clients through all stages of a real estate transaction, from negotiating the purchase and sale agreement through closing and beyond.
