With nearly 30 years of experience as a trial and arbitration attorney, Kyle has first-chaired more than 40 bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts and successfully prosecuted more than 7 arbitrations through the American Arbitration Association. He represents clients across a wide range of industries including energy, real estate, construction, food and beverage, restaurant, retail, financial services, healthcare and technology. Kyle’s practice encompasses complex civil litigation, with representative matters involving breach of contract, real estate disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, product liability, construction defects, landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, business torts, title disputes, consumer protection claims and Texas Securities Act violations.
Kyle's leadership in both legal practice and mentorship, combined with his strategic approach to complex matters, has earned him the trust of a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large, high-profile Fortune 500 corporations.
Kyle has also served as Litigation Practice Group Leader and was a member of the Board of Directors at his former law firm.

- Represented a commercial tenant in the Houston Energy Corridor which successfully prosecuted a constructive eviction claim and defended against a multimillion-dollar breach of contract claim following Hurricane Ike. Secured a $3.5 million recovery in damages and cancellation of a long-term lease before a three-judge panel administered by the American Arbitration Association.
- Successfully defended a commercial property seller in a $2.5 million claim for fraud, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation in a seven-day jury trial before the Harris County 270th District Court. In the same matter, the Defendant recovered $350,000 in attorney fees on positive findings from the same jury panel.
- Successfully defended a commercial landlord in a $2.0 million claim for fraud, tortious interference with contract and promissory estoppel claim brought by a former tenant of a commercial property in a six-day jury trial before the Harris County 55th District Court.
- Represented a subcontractor in a breach of contract dispute against an owner, successfully defending against a multimillion-dollar counterclaim arising from the termination of an EPIC contract for an oil and gas loading facility in the Bahamas. Obtained a $2.6 million recovery in damages before an arbitrator under the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
- Successfully defended a venture capital lender from a seven figure damages claim of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and promissory estoppel in a three-week jury trial before the Harris County 152nd District Court.
- Successfully defended an oil and gas energy lender from a seven figure damages claim of fraud and conspiracy in a three-week jury trial before the Harris County 125th District Court.
- Obtained a favorable settlement against real estate broker/agents for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract claims by property owner after suit initiated in the Harris County 234th District Court.
- Defended a hospital system and physician-hospital organization against multimillion-dollar antitrust claim including monopolization, price fixing, and conspiracy in Nueces County, Texas.
- Prosecuted fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims against sellers of a $6.1 million hotel in Fort Bend County, Texas, achieving a successful resolution.
- Defended a concrete subcontractor in a multimillion-dollar construction defect claim before the American Arbitration Association in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Represented a Hurricane Katrina FEMA contractor in a breach of contract claim in New Orleans, Louisiana, successfully settling the case in the Federal District Court.
