Kurt also assists with litigation research. Kurt has helped global corporations, small startups, and individuals increase and protect their IP assets in fields such as electronics, computers and software, musical instruments, and medical devices.
While attending the University of Colorado Law School, Kurt served as an extern at the Rocky Mountain Regional USPTO, where he examined patent applications (in the fields of semiconductors, electrophotography, and business methods) and drafted Office actions with the advice and supervision of patent examiners.
