Kirsten counsels clients in areas of commercial contract negotiations, corporate environmental compliance, leasing, title review, due diligence, and commercial real estate closings. Having represented a company through several jury trials, she does not shy from a challenge and is a zealous advocate of her client’s interests from the negotiation stage to the completion of the transaction. Her litigation experience provides her with a unique lens in which to identify potential issues early on in a deal in order to offer creative solutions to complex legal issues surrounding a transaction. She has experience with drafting mixed-use development agreements, vendor agreements, donation agreements, science lab leases, office leases, industrial leases, medical and dental office leases, and representing developers as well as lenders through all stages of mixed-use projects and multifamily developments.
