Julianne has experience in the protection and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names worldwide and the licensing of intellectual property. She has more than 30 years of experience managing international trademark portfolios, infringement and opposition proceedings in the U.S. and foreign countries, counseling on the selection and clearance of trademarks, intellectual property agreements, and related IP transactional work. Prior to joining Womble, she led the trademark, licensing, and copyright team at a boutique IP law firm in New York.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Union College and her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.
