John Wright is a member of the firm’s Patent Prosecution & Litigation group where he assists clients with the protection and enforcement of their various intellectual property rights. John is a registered patent attorney and has full-spectrum litigation experience in the litigation of both patents and trade secrets.
John has successfully represented a variety of clients in actions concerning a wide-range of technologies including consumer electronics, pharmaceutical drugs, semiconductor technologies, and novel therapeutic antibodies. He has navigated complex legal disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas, Central District of California, and the Northern District of Illinois. Additionally, John has represented clients before the International Trade Commission and has consistently achieved favorable outcomes.
John also counsels clients on intellectual property issues associated with mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
