Haley dedicates her practice to representing employers in litigation and administrative actions. In addition to guiding employers through adversarial processes, Haley uses her vast knowledge of state and federal employment laws to help employers proactively avoid litigation. Specifically, Haley helps employers draft employment agreements, policies, and employee handbooks. Haley also counsels employers through employment decisions, such as hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Haley is a dedicated advisor who tirelessly strives to meet her clients’ needs. Being deeply entrenched in the dynamic labor law landscape, Haley strives to keep her clients prepared by staying up-to-date on all labor law fluctuations. 

In addition to representing employers, Haley also represents insurance companies and local municipalities, such as defending insurance companies in actions alleging fraud, bad faith, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Before pursuing her legal career, Haley taught high school English and coached varsity soccer. Haley remains passionate about investing in her community through volunteerism and pro bono service, particularly through expungement petitions and child welfare representation.
