Frances is a partner in Womble Bond Dickinson’s litigation practice group. She represents individual and institutional clients in a wide range of commercial litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, securities, real estate, construction, bankruptcy, insurance coverage and bad faith, trust disputes, and other complex matters. Frances has considerable experience litigating before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as representing broker-dealers and registered investment advisors before FINRA.
Frances is collaborative, solution-oriented, and a skilled advocate on paper and in person. Whether in the conference room or the courtroom, Frances confronts her clients’ challenges with a calm, can-do attitude.
