Emily Bain (née Bath) is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on general commercial litigation. Her budding practice has included a variety of legal areas including professional liability claims, product liability litigation, employment matters, and contract disputes.
Emily has vast experience representing defendants in all phases of litigation including dispositive motions, discovery, arbitration proceedings, and trial.
Emily received her Bachelor of Science cum laude in Economics from the University of Kentucky before then obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
