Beth’s prior experience as an appellate clerk offers invaluable perspective on how judges analyze legal issues, while her ongoing work as an appellate practitioner has honed her ability to guide clients through complex appellate challenges.

In addition to her appellate practice, Beth maintains a robust commercial litigation practice, utilizing her appellate skills to enhance her effectiveness in high-stakes disputes and providing clients with the comprehensive legal counsel they need to achieve their business objectives.

Beth is deeply committed to pro bono work, frequently representing parties or amici curiae in high profile cases with broad reaching impacts. She also sits on the Colorado Lawyers Committee Young Lawyers Division Board and serves on the Strategic Planning Team. 

Outside of her legal practice, Beth enjoys baking, yoga, and hiking in the Colorado mountains.

  • Represented a business owner before the Colorado Court of Appeals in a complex appeal involving unique questions related to stock transfer and ownership.
  • Represented a homeowner before the Colorado Court of Appeals in a case challenging an unlawful taking by a homeowners’ association.
  • Defended on appeal a verdict awarding damages to a small business for environmental injury to its real property.
