David Thompson is a finance and real estate attorney whose practice focuses on representing financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in complex lending and commercial transactions. He has significant experience structuring and negotiating senior secured and subordinated loan facilities for real estate development, acquisition, and construction projects across the country. David regularly advises clients on matters involving residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, with a portfolio that spans a wide range of asset types, including multifamily housing, office buildings, retail developments, franchise operations, and specialty facilities.
