Dan Wennogle is a partner in the Litigation practice group with deep experience representing clients in a broad range of construction and property rights matters. His practice focuses on senior living and multi-family developers and builders. Typical matters include construction contract or development agreement disputes, schedule delay and impact claims, lien and bond claims, construction defects, quiet title, condemnation, easements, and complex fraud and bad faith claims.

No matter the challenge, Dan takes pride in understanding and immersing himself in his clients' industries, allowing him to guide his clients through the ever-expanding complexities of their businesses.

When he's not representing clients in the courtroom, Dan enjoys being a dad, fly-fishing, playing guitar, and being a track and field coach.
