Cyd Wolf has 40 years of experience representing lenders and business creditors in commercial and real estate financing transactions, as well as in corporate and finance restructurings, out of court workouts, insolvency proceedings and related litigation. She served as Senior Counsel in the in-house legal department of PNC Financial Services Group, and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland, supporting the Department of Business and Economic Development. She has also served as General Counsel of the corporate owner of a restaurant and arts venue. She managed her own law practice representing real estate developers, lenders and small business owners and worked as a Creditors Rights attorney for other prominent Baltimore firms, including DLA Piper and Semmes, Bowen & Semmes. She has business experience in the restaurant, entertainment, real estate development, property management and advertising industries.
