Claire Tate is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, where she supports clients in complex litigation matters by providing strategic assistance across all phases of the litigation process.
Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable legal experience as a legal extern for the 20th Judicial District, County Court in Boulder, as a legal intern for Office of the Colorado State Public Defenders, and as a summer Associate at legacy Lewis Roca. Claire was also a research assistant to Colorado Law constitutional law professor, Helen Norton.
Prior to law school, Claire served as an intake clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit where she worked closely with judge’s chambers and served as a liaison between the Circuit Court and the public.
