Andrew joined the Leasehold Arrears Team in June 2008 from the conveyancing team. He graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2003 with a Law degree and from Northumbria University in 2004 with a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

- Collection of service charge and ground rent arrears
- Advocacy, obtaining judgments, service of Section 146 notices, forfeiture of leasehold titles, applications to the Land Registry, obtaining Charging Orders, evictions, and First Tier Tribunal applications
- Dealing with debt recovery actions along with bankruptcy and IVA issues in relation to property
