Jeremy is an experienced trial attorney who guides clients in commercial disputes with a focus on complex commercial construction and public contracts.

Jeremy’s construction practice focuses on energy, defense and infrastructure, and he has handled numerous disputes involving change orders, delay, design defects, and other issues that arise on large-scale construction projects.

In his government contracts practice, Jeremy routinely represents prime and subcontractors, primarily in the defense industry. In addition to handling disputes, Jeremy also advises clients on teaming agreements, subcontract formation, government investigations, and general counseling related to federal contracts.

As a litigator, Jeremy has helped his clients resolve disputes in federal and state courts as well as arbitration and mediation. Jeremy prides himself on attention to detail and addressing difficult technical problems. Jeremy routinely works with engineers, economists, accountants and other experts to find creative solutions to best position his clients in court.
