Alex leads the firm’s International Disputes Practice and concentrates on complex cross-border arbitration matters. He represents clients before major global arbitration bodies—including ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and UNCITRAL—in both commercial and investor-state disputes involving sovereigns, state-owned entities, and multinational businesses. His experience spans treaty-based claims under instruments such as NAFTA and the Energy Charter Treaty, as well as disputes across industries including energy, mining, and financial services.
