Armando Nozzolillo represents lenders, financial institutions, and other creditors across the country, focusing on replevin and bankruptcy matters that span multiple jurisdictions. He helps clients recover distressed assets and resolve complex commercial disputes with practical, results-driven strategies. His replevin practice handles detinue actions, impound litigation, and defending forfeiture claims nationwide, while also advising on monetary judgments, deficiency claims, commercial loan disputes, loan workouts, contract matters, and foreclosures.
In bankruptcy, Armando works on a national scale across Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13, advising clients on plan objections, motions for relief from stay, and valuation and lien disputes. He also represents financial services and title insurance companies in real estate matters, including deed and mortgage reformation, access disputes, and priority conflicts.
