Nona Lee is a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s GCSolutions team, which provides affordable on-demand, scalable legal services to corporate law departments and small and medium companies. Nona is a corporate and sports attorney with experience managing legal departments, crafting and overseeing agreements in the professional sports sector, and guiding DE&I strategies and training.
Prior to joining the firm, Nona served as Founder and CEO of Truth Is. Consulting (formerly known as Truth DEI), a consulting firm assisting organizations in creating equitable and inclusive cultures. She also spent more than 20 years leading the legal department for the Arizona Diamondbacks Major League Baseball franchise.
Nona received both the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations Certification - Diversity & Inclusion as well as the Harvard University School of Law, Executive Education Certification - Leadership in Corporate Counsel.
