Gracie Kreth is a trial lawyer in the firm’s Complex Litigation team, representing clients in high stakes disputes across courts, arbitral forums, and investigative proceedings. She has tried cases to verdict before both a criminal jury and an arbitrator, and she has taken on significant roles in multiple multimillion dollar arbitrations. Gracie’s litigation experience includes all phases of trial and hearing practice, from discovery and motion briefing through witness and expert examination.

Gracie’s practice focuses on complex corporate disputes and congressional investigations, where she regularly advises clients facing sensitive, fast moving matters with significant legal, reputational, and business consequences. In addition, Gracie has advised rural broadband providers navigating complex regulatory landscapes and securing funding for infrastructure development, including projects expanding high speed internet access in underserved communities.

Before entering private practice, Gracie worked as a journalist, speechwriter, and political campaign staffer—experience that continues to shape her approach to advocacy. She is known for her ability to craft compelling narratives, tailor arguments to varied audiences, and anticipate how legal strategy will be received not only by judges and arbitrators, but also by regulators, legislators, and the public. Clients value her strategic judgment and clear communication, particularly in matters that attract heightened scrutiny.

Gracie’s work has been recognized by the legal community and the District of Columbia Bar. She was awarded the DC Bar Association’s Young Lawyer of the Year and was selected to the DC Bar’s 2025 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll with High Honors, reflecting her commitment to pro bono service.
