Laura Lo Bianco brings more than 25 years of experience to her role in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. With a focus on corporate law and transactional matters, she advises clients in the areas of formation of organizations, mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions, business counseling, and compliance with the law and best practices.
Laura is outside general counsel to a variety of different types of clients – privately held businesses, nonprofit/tax-exempt organizations, and high net worth families. She guides these clients through their legal, business, and compliance needs, including providing advice on business structuring, state filing requirements, intra-company transactions, board and shareholder relations, and acquisition and disposition of assets. She also advises on both sides of various tax-exempt matters, such as private foundations, public charities, donor advised funds, support organizations, and other philanthropic vehicles.

Clients enjoy her systematic approach and ability to communicate complex matters in understandable terms. Laura dedicates the time required to assess her client’s legal needs and values collaborating with them. She is excellent at meeting deadlines, achieving results, and has experience managing competing priorities. She believes consistent communication with her clients is essential and paramount to their success.
Laura’s favorite place for family time is the beach, collecting shells and enjoying the ocean breeze.
