Daniel Crane handles complex contractual and tort disputes, with a particular focus on real property matters involving construction projects, landlord–tenant issues, and financial services relationships. His practice also extends to disputes over business acquisitions, control, and management, where Dan has significant experience in representing parties who must defend or pursue their corporate rights.
He represents a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, technology companies, real estate developers, landlords, general contractors, and subcontractors. Dan has extensive experience managing litigation from start to finish—covering trial, post-trial proceedings, and arbitration in both domestic and international forums, as well as state and federal courts nationwide.
Dan views litigation as a tool business should use only when necessary. But when it is required, he believes cases should move forward with urgency and purpose. Whether the dispute involves contractual rights or tort claims, he emphasizes investing effort early to understand the issues and implement a clear strategy. This approach helps reduce the stress and expense of prolonged legal battles for landlords, contractors, and business owners, while helping clients make informed decisions to control their legal issues.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, usually pursuing outdoor adventures ranging from running to multisport events. He has participated in races across the globe, including the Boston Marathon, Patagonman Xtreme Triathlon, Jungfrau Marathon, and Ironman Arizona.
