Trevor Tomlinson is a member of our Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources team. He focuses his practice on regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining Womble, Trevor worked as Corporate Counsel at Utility Management Services, Inc. During his time there, he was responsible for handling all legal and regulatory functions. He also served as a Legal Advisor at the Maryland Public Service Commission, providing support and advice to Commissioners by conducting thorough legal research and offering recommendations on various legal, policy, and technical matters.
