Lisa Moyles is a highly experienced intellectual property attorney with more than 30 years of experience helping clients develop, protect, manage, and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets. She advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, from patent and trademark procurement to freedom-to-operate analyses, portfolio management, licensing, and enforcement. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Lisa helps clients secure and defend intellectual property rights that withstand scrutiny and support long-term business objectives.

Drawing on her background as a mechanical engineer, Lisa represents clients across a broad range of technologies spanning the mechanical, chemical, and electrical arts. Her experience includes medical and dental devices, oil and gas technologies, transportation systems, engineering polymers, molded components, consumer products, automotive technologies, and combustion and heat-transfer equipment. She has also served as trusted intellectual property counsel to Fortune 50 companies, emerging businesses, and university technology transfer organizations, and has held chief intellectual property counsel roles for several small and mid-sized companies.
