Spanning the full lifecycle of wealth planning and business transition, Kyle advises clients on entity structuring, governance, and the purchase and sale of closely held companies. His work extends to estate and trust administration, where he represents executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, including in sensitive matters requiring both technical rigor and practical judgment.

Before attending law school, Kyle served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy's submarine force. A graduate of the Navy's Nuclear Power School, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and three Navy Achievement Medals. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics from The Citadel, his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
