(August 25, 2021) – Lewis Roca announced Samit Bhalala has joined the firm as an associate and member of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group.

Bhalala’s practice will focus on advising clients through a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. At his previous law firm, Bhalala supported Arizona businesses and entrepreneurs through entity formation, financing, growth, disputes, dissolution, and succession planning. In addition to business law, he has considerable experience in estate planning, real estate, landlord-tenant law, and employment law.

Bhalala received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Denver and served as the editor for the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and Criminal Law Journal. During law school, Bhalala held an in-house position with Xcel Energy, where he gained exposure to the company’s regulatory, environmental, real estate, and labor law issues. Bhalala received his B.S. and B.S.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
