DENVER (April 3, 2024) – Lewis Roca is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Bath and Taylor Hite as associates in the firm’s Denver office, further enhancing its Litigation Practice Group.

Emily Bath brings a wealth of experience in general commercial litigation, focusing on areas such as professional liability claims, product liability litigation, employment matters, and contract disputes. She has successfully represented defendants at all stages of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, arbitration proceedings, and trial. Bath earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and holds a B.S. cum laude from the University of Kentucky.

Taylor Hite specializes in general corporate and commercial litigation, covering a wide range of areas such as casualty litigation, construction defects, products liability, personal injury, and premises liability. She is actively involved in the legal community as a Board Member of the Denver Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division. Hite graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, Order of Barristers, and holds a B.A. from Colorado State University.
