With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Ergun is recognized as a dynamic leader known for crafting solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. His expertise spans a wide range of disciplines including Generative AI, knowledge management, eDiscovery, machine learning, business intelligence, and advanced practice technologies. Ergun has significantly contributed to the field through extensive writing, including numerous published articles, co-authored books, and presentations at prestigious international conferences.

Ergun's leadership style is characterized by forward-thinking strategies that leverage the latest technological advancements to solve complex problems, improve organizational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous innovation. His contributions have not only positioned the firms he's worked with as pioneers in legal technology but have also established him as a thought leader at the intersection of law and technology.

Before joining Lewis Roca, Ergun played a key role in advancing technology at other prominent law firms, most recently serving as CIO at a Denver-based firm where he integrated Generative AI into operations and implemented a robust law practice management platform.

Ergun is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He holds an M.S. in Engineering and Industrial Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
