PHOENIX (June 28, 2023) – Lewis Roca is proud to announce that Kimberly Soto has been named one of 2023’s Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona by The Arizona Bar Foundation for Legal Services & Education. This award honors 50 lawyers who have spent numerous hours providing legal assistance to Arizona residents who otherwise have no resources for legal counsel.

Soto was nominated for this award based on her work with Step Up to Justice, which is an organization that provides pro bono legal services to the Pima County community. She has actively volunteered with Step Up to Justice's Federal Service Center Clinic, contributing her legal acumen to those in need.

Soto, an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, represents a diverse range of clients across various industries, offering comprehensive support throughout all stages of real estate transactions. Her experience includes negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements, business organization and governance documents, leases, easement agreements, loan documents, and development agreements, examining title and survey for acquisitions of real property, and managing due diligence for corporate transactions.
