DENVER (July 27, 2022) – Lewis Roca announced partner Caitlin McHugh has been named to the Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under Hot List 2022. Benchmark Litigation is one of the most prestigious legal guides in the United States.

McHugh serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Colorado offices and is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration. She represents clients in diverse industries including higher education, religious institutions, and healthcare. McHugh handles matters in all phases of litigation including pre-suit counseling, trial and appellate work, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to her litigation practice, McHugh is also committed to pro bono work representing individuals in a wide variety of matters, including employment, immigration, and family law.

This is the second consecutive year McHugh has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and she was also named a Benchmark Litigation Labor & Employment Star in 2021. She has been named one of The Best Lawyers in America© Ones to Watch for 2022 and has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of business litigation since 2018.

McHugh is a native of Colorado and received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Colorado Law School and her B.S., with Distinction, from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
