PHOENIX (April 15, 2024) – Lewis Roca proudly announces the appointment of Jennifer Van Kirk and Susan Sperber to its Executive Committee, effective April 1, 2024. They will each serve four-year terms, taking over responsibilities previously held by Mike Plachy and Anne Wang.

Jennifer Van Kirk, a seasoned partner based in the Phoenix office, specializes in intellectual property law. Her background spans trademark and brand protection, copyright licensing, and international trademark strategies. With extensive experience managing trademark enforcement programs for prominent clients and representing them in litigation, Van Kirk brings a wealth of knowledge to the Executive Committee.

Susan Sperber, another accomplished partner located in the Denver office, focuses on labor and employment law, religious institutions law, and immigration law. She has a proven track record of successfully handling employment-related disputes, internal investigations, wage and hour issues, and non-competition agreements. Sperber's experience also extends to advising schools and religious institutions on operational matters.
