PHOENIX (October 16, 2024) – Lewis Roca announced that T. Emiliano Aguirre has joined the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group as an associate in Phoenix.
Aguirre’s practice focuses on gaming, finance, bankruptcy law, and various transactional matters, including advising tribal and commercial entities on economic development, leasing, contracts, and taxation.
Before joining Lewis Roca, Aguirre served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He also worked as a Capital Markets associate and Native American Law associate. Prior to law school, Aguirre worked as a project controller for a national science and engineering laboratory.
Aguirre earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
