ATLANTA—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney John Perry has been selected as a Master by The Logan E. Bleckley Inn of Court.

The Bleckley Inn of Court is a chapter of the American Inns of Court, a national organization dedicated to improving the quality and professionalism of trial practice, and the chapter is affiliated with the Georgia State University College of Law. Now in its 29th year, the Bleckley Inn includes approximately 80 judges, lawyers, and law students. Members are classified in three categories according to professional experience and achievement, with the Masters being the most experienced and accomplished. Membership is by invitation only.

Bleckley Inn of Court members attend five annual programs dealing with substantive and ethical issues facing the practice of litigation. The Bleckley Inn of Court also provides a mentoring program for its law school members.

John Perry is business litigator who helps business clients address and resolve a wide range of commercial disputes. He advises clients across multiple industries including financial institutions, insurance companies and brokerages, manufacturing and healthcare companies. Perry’s litigation practice includes representing clients in disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code and consumer protection matters, complex asset and stock purchase agreements, earn-out disputes, fraud schemes, tortious interference, anti-trust and unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and insurance coverage issues.
