IRVINE, CALIF.—Trial-tested business litigation attorney Kristin Walker-Probst has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Irvine office.
In 20 years as a business litigation attorney, Walker-Probst has tried more than 100 cases, including more than 60 jury trials. Her litigation experience includes financial services litigation, product liability and personal injury defense, labor and employment litigation, and general business disputes. Walker-Probst works with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation planning and case workup to post-trial.
In addition, she counsels clients on labor and employment issues, including sexual harassment and discrimination.
Walker-Probst also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School, teaching courses on trial skills and evidence.
“Today, there is a dearth of real trial experience; of talking with juries who return verdicts. Kristin is not just an experienced litigator, she is a trial lawyer with an impressive track record of trial experience. We are pleased to be able to add a partner with her credentials to anchor our Southern California litigation presence,” said Chris Jones, leader of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Business Litigation Practice Group. “We have more than 300 attorneys who focus on litigation and dispute resolution, so she is joining a team with the bench strength and resources to help her clients solve even their biggest litigation challenges, just as she is going to help our existing clients with their challenges in California and beyond.”
“As we continue to broaden the array of services we offer in our California offices, business litigation is a top priority,” said Mike Gencarella, Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s California offices. “Kristin is a key addition to our business litigation team, and we are glad she is bringing her skills and experience to Womble Bond Dickinson.”
Walker-Probst is joining the firm as a Partner. She previously practiced in Severson & Werson’s Orange County office.
