Liz Tipping Organizes & Leads NITA Deposition Skills Training Program

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Liz Tipping served as Program Director for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Deposition Skills Training, which took place September 23-24 in Nashville.

This immersive, hands-on training was designed for legal professionals who want to sharpen their deposition techniques and elevate their advocacy. Participants learned directly from seasoned litigators and expert instructors in a collaborative, skills-based environment.

In her role as Program Director, Tipping brought together a distinguished faculty of experienced trial lawyers from across the country and developed and coordinated the program’s schedule and curriculum. Building on NITA’s traditional training models, she introduced an innovative format that gave participants the opportunity to practice both in-person and virtual deposition skills. The program provided an educational and engaging experience for 26 participants from 10 states plus the District of Columbia.
