The new office location offers modern amenities, versatile workspaces, and an open concept that promotes collaboration and innovation. Its design draws inspiration from the natural and aesthetically pleasing themes of the surrounding park and green spaces, which are integral parts of downtown Houston.

717 Texas is a granite-clad, Class-A office tower that features some of the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly office space in Houston and is the first skyscraper in the state to achieve LEED Platinum certification. The building recently completed renovations that enhance tenant services, including a casual market café and modern outdoor patio, downtown tunnel access, dedicated coworking and event space, and a rooftop garden that overlooks the Theatre District. The building is also in proximity to federal and state courthouses.

Building on the firm’s long-standing commitment to community service, Womble actively contributes to making a positive impact in the Houston area. In addition to pro bono initiatives, the firm supports the local chapters of many organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, British-American Business Council, British American Foundation of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Foundation, Houston IP Law Foundation, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Institute for Energy Law, and Licensing Executives Society of USA & Canada, among others, as well as the local law school educational communities.

Womble’s Houston-based team represents prominent energy companies and corporate clients worldwide.
