Womble Bond Dickinson’s Jeff Whittle Honored by Lexology for Client Service

HOUSTON—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Jeff Whittle has been honored as a 2021 Lexology Client Choice Award winner. Whittle was honored in the category of Intellectual Property—Designs & Trade Secrets. 

Whittle provides nearly 30 years of legal experience to clients in the energy and high tech industries. He advises on strategic and complex technology transactions, licensing, patent protection, portfolio analysis, and other contentious and transactional intellectual property matters including inter partes reexaminations, post-grant reviews, and derivation proceedings, among other disputed cases. He is Co-Head of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Energy and Natural Resources Industry Sector and Head of the Energy IP Subsector, while serving as Managing Partner of the firm’s Houston office.
