Womble Bond Dickinson’s Houston Office Welcomes Third Annual Rotating Art Exhibition
May 21 2026
In collaboration with the In Situ Art Club, Womble Bond Dickinson’s Houston Office hosted clients and friends of the firm to celebrate the closing of its third annual rotating exhibition, part of the WBD Houston Art and Community Program. Titled “On Balance,” the exhibition featured new work by four Houston based artists:
Tatiana Escallon – https://www.tatianaescallon.com/
Grayson Chandler – https://www.graysonchandlerart.com/
Pothik Chatterjee – https://www.pothikchatterjee.com/
Pam Soileau – https://pamsoileauart.com/
The theme, drawn from the legal phrase “on balance” which means all things considered explored the tension between opposing forces, the search for equilibrium, and what happens when that balance is disrupted. Each artist approached the idea from a different perspective, offering thoughtful reflections on balance in systems, communities, and everyday life.
Guests recently enjoyed private access to the Houston office’s art collection alongside more than 20 works included in the exhibition. The evening created a relaxed setting for conversation, bringing together colleagues, clients, and members of the Houston community, including representatives from Baylor Genetics, Halliburton, GoWell International, Harris County Medical Society, KBR, the Menil Collection, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
Since 2023, the Houston office has been proud to support local artists through the Art and Community Program (running between September to March in a calendar year) which is an ongoing effort to connect the firm with the local creative community and highlight the role of art in bringing people together.
Womble Bond Dickinson Patent Agent Azie Aziz, Ph.D., curates the exhibition and facilitates exhibition-related activities, including exhibition tours for the Cultural Attache of Consulate General of France, firm guests, and new hires.
