Several Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys are slated to present during the upcoming ABA Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute. The Institute takes place September 4-6 at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA.

Joe Whitley, Chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense, Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement practice, is co-chair of the event, which will bring together leading legal minds to discuss the latest developments in white-collar crime. Whitley will provide introductory remarks as well as moderate a fireside chat with Principal Deputy Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri, the Keynote Speaker for the White Collar Crime Institute.
