The Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) Leadership Academy helps women lawyers develop leadership skills through intensive training. Womble Carlyle attorneys Lisa Bondurant and Nikole Crow are among those helping Leadership Academy participants achieve those goals.

On March 23rd, Bondurant provided advice on how to be an effective leader at work and in the community, drawn from her 30+-year legal career. Crow is the Co-Chair of the GAWL Leadership Committee, which organizes the Leadership Academy training. The event took part at the Château Élan Winery & Resort.

Lisa Bondurant is a partner in Womble Carlyle’s Business Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Atlanta office.
