Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Francisco Balduzzi will be a panelist at the Institute for Transnational Arbitration’s Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
The panel is titled “Environmental Issues In Mining Arbitration: Standards, Claims And Advocacy”.
Balduzzi has more than 25 years of cross-border transactional, and dispute experience within the Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector, with a focus on the energy service (oil, gas, and power), metal, and mining industries. Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Balduzzi served as in-house counsel for multi-national companies operating in the ENR sector, including a major Mining company. Francisco worked in international disputes both, as inhouse counsel and in private practice.
