This event was a one-hour introduction to the most significant issues companies are likely to encounter in bankruptcy cases, including the impact of the automatic stay, getting paid for services rendered, and continuing business with a debtor in bankruptcy.
This event was among the first in the National LBGT Bar Association's new webinar series, Lavendar Link. This series is intended to connect LBGT in-house counsel with outside counsel that support the organization’s mission to promote justice in the legal profession for the LGBTQ+ community.
