Zach Lloyd is an associate with the firm’s capital markets team who focuses his practice on finance and banking matters. He primarily represents a variety of financial institutions and other lenders in equipment finance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm Zach worked as vice president and counsel for a multinational investment bank. There, he primarily focused on asset-backed securitization transactions and has experience advising clients on term securitizations, warehouse financings, and whole loan purchases across a broad range of asset classes.
