Will Wang is a member of the firm's Complex Litigation team. Will is a seasoned litigator, having accumulated over three years of litigation experience. He has extensive experience practicing general civil litigation in both state and federal court, including business disputes, employment disputes, unlawful detainers, lease disputes, unfair competition, judgment collections, and copyright litigation. He also has experience handling a wide variety of trust and probate litigation matters, both contested and uncontested, including conservatorship matters and petitions for wrongful takings and breaches of fiduciary duties. Through his prior positions and internships, Will has also gained exposure to areas such as entertainment law and intellectual property law.
