Vincent is an intellectual property and registered patent attorney. His practice is focused on patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling in the fields of electronics, software, energy storage, aerospace, autonomous driving, signal processing, power electronics, internet technology, artificial intelligence, virtual/augmented reality, industrial electromechanical devices, robotics, and more. Vincent is also passionate in helping his clients obtain protection of intellectual property through design patents.
Vincent serves as an adjunct professor, teaching Patent Preparation and Prosecution at his alma mater, Southwestern Law School.
Prior to law school, Vincent worked as an electrical engineer and software engineer in automotive and aerospace industries where he developed hardware and software for electrical vehicle charging infrastructure, fighter jets, battery management systems, and other technology.
