Tyler Owen is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on a wide range of complex civil and commercial matters in both state and federal court. These include family business disputes; misappropriation of trade secrets; fraud and fraudulent transfers; employment-related litigation; contested probate matters; First Amendment litigation; products liability; and fiduciary duty and malpractice issues. Tyler’s practice also spans a variety of industries, including but not limited to oil and gas, banking and finance, insurance, aviation, nonprofits, and religious organizations.
Tyler takes a takes an aggressive yet practical approach to litigation. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants across all aspects of litigation in complex and highly-contentious disputes, and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their strategic goals. Tyler is not afraid to take cases to trial; but he is also a creative problem solver, and has successfully negotiated settlements that maximize value for his clients.
Tyler is also extremely passionate about providing pro bono legal services. He has been recognized by the firm for his pro bono service and regularly commits time to working on pro bono cases and volunteering with The United States District Court’s Federal Pro Se Clinic.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys cooking new foods and watching movies with his wife and two dogs.
